Anne reviewed: Nettle Fibre Workshop

"A fascinating, inspiring and thoroughly enjoyable day. We packed a lot in and the teaching and guidance was excellent. I have started foraging for nettles for my own projects, and would highly recommend this course."

BeeKayMakes responded:

" Thank you so much for your kind words, I really appreciate that you took the time to let me know you enjoyed the course. Best of luck for your nettle projects! "

"This masterclass is an ode to heritage, that stands behind us in cloth. One will not only learn an ancient sustainable craft, achievable even for complete beginners, which is already amazing for just six hours of your life. Brigitte's natural teaching ability and passion are also a testament to practice based on meticulous research and scholastic knowledge, which she shares generously."

Julie reviewed: Nettle Fibre Workshop

"Excellent workshop which leads you gently through the process of making a workable fibre from the common nettle. Brigitte has a fabulous knowledge of fibres and has created the day in a very logical way. Patiently leading you from picking your own nettles through the various processing stages so you leave with samples from each stage. Brigitte is so inspirational with her passion. She also brings a collection of items and fibres both made by her or obtained during her research. All of which left me wanting to learn more"
