Chef John Calder, a trained and qualified patisserie, has been producing beautiful, hand made artisan chocolates from the finest Belgian chocolate for personal and trade customers for many years. John’s ethos is you use only the best available ingredients for their products, which are fashioned entirely by hand without the use of artificial additives or preservatives. This allows them to offer products which are safe and where the natural ingredients are allowed to shine through, giving the best possible flavours.
