The Creativia Wellbeing Project

The Creativia Wellbeing Project

Do you want to enhance your creative energy and wellbeing? Expand your creative horizons? Start living the life you want to be living?

Join the online Creativia Wellbeing Project and start an exciting three-month adventure to transform your life through creativity. Each fortnight the focus will be on a different aspect of life: Family; Finances; Health; Personal Growth; Social Connection; Spirituality, giving you an opportunity to reflect creatively and work out the next steps in your life plan. You will experiment with 6 different forms of creative expression over the course; each mini-project is designed to activate pathways to boost your creative energy, enable reflection and advance your personal goals.

You will not be alone on your creative journey. Fortnightly online group coaching, led by a Creativia coach, forms an integral part of this applied creative arts project. It offers a supportive social space for sharing creative insights, broadening perspectives further and working out the next steps you need to take in different areas of your life to build wellbeing and personal growth. You will also learn how to adopt a coaching approach to support other group member's learning.
