Start with coffee and a short demonstration, at your base in Marilyns studio. You will be walked around the farm, to show you a few places of interest. soup and homemade bread for lunch back at base. Tea and coffee whenever you would like it. meet up at 3.15 in studio to view work. Study shapes, light, and colors in the open air and learn to capture the atmosphere and mood of a place with brushes and any medium The French expression "en plein air" refers to the act of painting outdoors and encourages people to move their studios out in nature. You will start the day with a coffee or tea, whilst Marilyn explains a few tips on getting the best out of painting outside. You will see a short demonstration with a few tips and guidance. how to capture the atmosphere and fleeting light of a landscape while painting in situ. Choose your spot and this will be your studio, depict what's in front of you using your choice of paints. By the end of the day, you'll be able to set up a workspace anywhere and effortlessly recreate your surroundings on canvas.
