Floristry Workshops using seasonal local flowers
Contact course provider
About the Course
Enjoy a relaxing few hours surrounded by natural beauty and a gorgeous range of locally grown flowers. We run a range of floristry workshops throughout the year. From Easter table arrangements, Summer bouquet workshops, Autumn door wreaths and Christmas door Wreaths and table arrangements. We also run bespoke DIY Wedding Workshops and Flower Crown workshops for groups of friends or hen dos.
We run seasonal workshops using locally grown flowers where possible in range of venues across Bedfordshire. Our summer bouquet workshops are very popular where you will tour the grounds of local flowers farms in Oakley or Renhold, Bedfordshire, and pick a bucket of your favourite flowers. Then you will be shown how to make a hand-tied bouquet to and get to have a go yourself and take this home in vase. The session ends with tea and cakes with a beautiful rural view.
Our Christmas wreath or table centre workshops are always popular and a fun experience helping you get in the festive spirit. You will be provided with an abundance of gorgeous foliage and luxury accessories and shown how to make a moss or foam based door wreath or table centres.
Please check out our website for out dates for the rest of this year and get in contact if you would like to book a place.
If booking with a CraftCourses voucher for part or all of the course fee, please fill in the contact form above or telephone us. Your voucher code must be provided at the point of booking.
What's included in the price?
Included in the workshop are refreshments and cakes, all tools and materials needed, and you will also get to take home a beautiful arrangement that you made and will be proud of.
You don’t need any experience just an appreciation of flowers and willingness to learn news skills.
Most courses are priced at £40 each.
I’ve attended a few of Catherine’s courses and they are absolutely wonderful. Whether you’re an expert or never done anything like this before, somehow Catherine manages to set the pace perfectly so everyone leaves with a stunning finished piece and having learnt an amazing new skill! I’ve always gone with a group of friends or family but if you just fancy a day out meeting new people, everyone is so friendly you’ll have an amazing time. Such a calm and creatively inspiring vibe - I’d highly recommend any of Catherine’s courses as a fabulous day/ night out learning a new skill with wonderful people!

Catherine of Elworthy Flowers runs fantastic workshops, I highly recommend her! The workshops I attended were extremely well organised with a real abundance of amazing flowers and foliage to create something special and unique. She provides the right balance of detailed guidance whilst also allowing you to use your own creative flair.
Her workshops are great for you to attend by yourself, or bring a friend or relative as a gift. It's a wonderful experience to enjoy together with someone special.

I absolutely love Catherine’s workshops and have been to several. They are well organised, really fun and you get to take home something beautiful that you have made yourself! I’m always amazed by what I can make with the right guidance on these workshops. The choice of flowers/foliage and accessories is impressive so there is always something for everybody. I would definitely recommend these workshops, once you have been to one, you will be hooked!
