About the Course

Have you ever wanted to learn to crochet, or maybe brush up on an old skill? You have come to the right place. My crochet workshops are designed to inspire and ignite creativity, from beginner classes through to teaching advanced students. Wherever your skills lie there will be something for you.

Classes vary from teaching the complete beginner, to days teaching the art of the granny square (and there are many, many beautiful designs out there to choose from!) I also offer courses staged over a few weeks to help build your knowledge and experience so you are able to approach a bigger project with confidence.

For as long as I can remember I have loved textiles - knitting, crochet, spinning, yarn dyeing and felting, to name just a few. There is nothing I like more than to share this passion with others, which is why I began teaching.

I teach in small groups so as each student gets sufficient support. Everyone in the class will be working at the same level which will ensure you feel at ease with the pace of the lesson. There will be lots of inspiration, samples and books to hand to get the creative juices flowing. There will be plenty of varied yarns to choose from and work with.

These classes are a lot of fun and packed full of information, hopefully you will become hooked... If you would like to book a course please contact me for more details on availability. I would love to hear from you!

If booking with a CraftCourses voucher for part or all of the course fee, please fill in the contact form above. Your voucher code must be provided at the point of booking.

What's included in the price?

Crochet hooks are provided for the day, but if you prefer to bring your own or would like advice on which to bring I will happily give advice. All yarns are provided, there will be an array of fibres, colours and weights to choose from.

There will also be plenty of tea, coffee and juice to keep us going and of course biscuits!
If you attend a day course then a light lunch is included in the price, and all dietary requirements are catered for.
