Play with fire: copper earrings workshop

Two domes and a spiral

This workshop is a great introduction to the magical, mysterious, centuries old world of metalsmithing.

You will find out why fire is an essential ingredient to jewellery making and use it to make a pair of circular and/or domed earrings of your chosen combination and size.

You will start with a copper sheet and a bit of wire and transform this using fire and a variety of silversmithing tools to create a unique set of earrings (or a pendant, if you prefer).

Health and Safety is important and I'll give guidelines as to what to wear.
