"This is a super one day course which I would recommend to anyone who likes crafts. I had never done any weaving before, but brought home a pretty, woven, landscape picture which is good enough to frame. Alana is a fabulous teacher, kind and encouraging, and she taught us various weaving techniques, and provided a great assortment of beautiful and colourful yarns. The day was a lot of fun, spent with a lovely group of people, most total beginners like me, all very relaxed, with a lot of laughter, and endless cups of tea as well as cake. I purchased a loom from Alana and can't wait to give it a go at home. "

"My friend and I had a brilliant day learning how to weave on a loom. Alana, our tutor was absolutely brilliant and explained everything in detail and was always ready to help when we needed her. The group of people who attended were really nice and we will definitely be going again. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is interested in crafting."

"I really enjoyed the tapestry weaving day course and the day absolutely flew by, before we knew it we were tying the final knots on our little camio samplers. Alana is an excellent teacher and host (the course was at her house) and she supplied all the materials we needed and gave us comprehensive notes including suppliers at the end. I left with a sense of achievement and can’t wait to try my hand again at tapestry weaving."
