We bring like-minded (creative) people together, some of whom have a history of chronic illness, depression and social isolation, to come together to teach, share knowledge, swap skills but most of all to have fun and socialise by doing what they love. By offering up time and space through Unravel & Unwind C.I.C, people can work together in comfort with no expectations of what should be done (or how), taking their time, taking small steps and just being there for one another.
