"I had a wonderful time. Helen is a great, friendly and positive teacher. She strikes a helpful balance between showing you what to do, standing back to let you have a go, and being on hand to assist, if things aren’t quite going to plan. Helen is very encouraging, and supportive. A great day, with an impressive carving, to act as a reminder."
