"Helen is great at teaching, knowing just when to add personal hints to give the most from the course. We were amazed how much progress could be achieved in 2 days and the results fabulous. Location is capable of holding all of us with ease. Tea, coffee and biscuits were appreciated. Safe working environment, perfect for beginners. Remember, the stone is heavy when you go to carry it home. Hidden gem. "
"Really enjoyed the Yorkshire Rose stone carving course. From the first few nervous chippings with the chisel and hammer to the final lovely result. Helen is a great teacher with patience and humour……plus supplying tea, coffee and biscuits. Highly recommended 👍"

"The studio is amazing! Very big with a lot of tools and a little sitting are for tea. If you're on the cold side it can get a bit chilly , but while working I was fine. Helen was great, happy to help and answer any questions and was showing us a lot of ways to get things done. It's hard work, but very immersive, I would definitely do it again. "
