The Coppice Co. started in 2020 after Suz Williams finished her two year apprenticeship as a coppice worker and traditional craft maker. Since then she has been teaching traditional woodland crafts across the country. Her speciality is willow weaving, split hazel baskets and spoon carving.

"I attended this course with mum as I love wood working and she loves crafting so a happy medium to spend time together. Both total novices in basketry. Despite only having one working hand that day, I left with a basket a foraged apple would not be embarrassed to call home.
