"My sister and I loved the round basket willow weaving course. A stunning woodland venue, with fantastic - and patient - instruction from Suz, and a very calming and meditative vibe. Peaceful, creative, and we came away with baskets we are actually proud of! Recommend this for anybody who is craving a mindful creative activity in a beautiful sylvan setting. "

"This was a wonderfully calm, relaxing and mindful few hours in the woods near Reading. Amazingly patient teacher - Suz - who was very good at explaining, and helpful when needed. Hot chocolate made on open fire, beautiful bluebell woods and a variety of birds singing in the trees. Spoon has to be left a few days before sanding as it is green wood, so looking forward to the next stage. We (my husband and I) enjoyed the whole process and we left with another piece of wood to make our next spoon. Give it a go - great fun, and very mindful experience. Thank you Suz."

"An excellent course. Suz is a friendly, knowledgeable and patient instructor, who made the day so relaxing and enjoyable. "A great course for all standards. I had never done basket weaving before but Suz was friendly, encouraging and happy to explain as many times as needed. The class size was perfect (6) everyone was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this course to anyone. Make a great day out with friends or if you are flying solo. I was surprisingly pleased with the basket I made. I will definitely be doing this again. Location was easy to find and plenty of parking. I did find the room a little dark. "

"I booked this course with the lovely Suz for my Birthday celebration. We were a group of 6 learning basket weaving for the first time, in most cases. Suz is a great teacher, she uses brilliant visual language to describe each stage of the making process and gave supportive 1 to 1 tuition when needed. We are a group of art and design teachers so really valued her delivery. We left the day tired from our packed day of making, but super inspired and proud from creating our very own baskets! We couldn’t recommend Suz’s course more highly!"

Thorough explanations and plenty of help on hand when the weaving gets tricky! :) Loads of fun, really happy with my little basket at the end of the day.. Tea and coffee prepared over a wood fire... little seats and tables under a big tarp.. Idyllic. Also, lovely insight into a permaculture lifestyle at Green Broom Farm. Cheers! Will be back!"

"This is my second basketmaking course with Suz and it didn't disappoint. She is the most wonderful teacher; calm, attentive and clear. The setting could not be more beautiful- a clearing in the woods surrounded by ferns and serenaded by kites.
