"My husband, myself and grand daughters' Nan were given a surprise to attend the mosaic glass workshop as his lordship's 75th birthday gift. All three of us first timers, never having held the tools or glass before as a craft. We thoroughly enjoyed the day. Seeing the pictures of our masterpieces, Gigha the patient tutor has people lined up to join the classes. Gigha has a lovely workshop with delicious lunch and refreshments. I would recommend Gigha's classes highly. Shanta Shah"

"What a creative day. I attended with my sister and we'd waited with anticipation for ages as Gigha's workshops are so popular. She was so patient, knowledgeable and relaxed. We both started off with quite a little apprehension and were thrilled when we got the hang of glass cutting. The choice of glass and other bits and bobs was simply tremendous. A crafters paradise! We were in heaven. There was all manner of teas and coffees available all day and a delicious lunch with cakes to follow. I can't wait to book again."

"I attended two of Gigha well run courses, drift wood and making seagulls workshops. Both were fun, but run with care and attention to detail, care taken at all time with health and saftey, and reminding you when things are hot or you need to be aware. The workshop itself is full of glassy goodness, so bring pennies as youll want to buy her beautiful creations x All tools were there for all to use, and plentyfull too. Everything we needed, and no shortage of colours to choose from. Dinner was fantastic! Jacket potato and yummy salad. I attended both classes myself, and didnt feel at all left out, and had a really fun day both times, and ill be going back too x"

"My friend & I went on a copperfoil workshop & totall loved it all. Gigha was a really excellent tutor, her demonstrations were clear & easy to understand. She gave individual demonstrations if you needed extra guidance. We had never done any glass cutting before & it is so pleasing once you get the hang of it. We would thoroughly recommend Gigha's workshops. There were plenty of patterns & loads of glass & embellishments to choose from or you could choose to make your own design. We could help ourselves to tea, coffee & biscuits all day long & were given a lovely lunch of baked potatoes with cheese/ham/baked beans & salad, plus cakes and fruit to follow. Can't wait to try some leaded panels ;-)"

Gigha's studio is well-equipped and she has everything you could possible want. She is so kind and patient, even when mum kept getting the pliers upside down! Thanks very much. "What a fabulous day we had. I booked a private family day for us to learn how to make stain glass sun catchers. Even though we were all beginners, we learned surprisingly quickly under Gigha's tuition and we all were very impressed at what we managed to produce. The day began with a safety talk and then a glass cutting demonstration. Lunch and endless tea and biscuits were provided and also cakes. The whole day was relaxed and so much fun we want to book for fusing very soon. We'll be back. Thank you so much."
