Jules started her journey into jewellery making on a three day course and was instantly hooked, she has since attended a number of further courses, practiced in her home studio, worked on a large variety of commissions in both silver & gold, supplied shops and run workshops.
Jules is a qualified teacher with over 10 years experience, this combined with her silversmithing skills, kind nature and patience has enabled her to set up a successful workshop for students to learn in.
"Such a fantastic day - Jules was excellent giving us all enough freedom to learn how to create the jewellery ourselves whilst still overseeing carefully to ensure what we made was of the best quality. Really excellent day and we’re looking forward to follow up photos and notes."
"What an amazing one day workshop! I have learned so much from Jules who knows her craft very well, and is a such good teacher. Her little studio is well equiped and organized. There were 3 of us, and each of us managed to create a beatiful seaglass silver ring under her expert guidance. Very enjoyable day indeed! "
"Absolutely beautiful day from the warm welcome to the final taking home my beautiful ring. Jules was on hand to take us step by step through the silversmithing process and help out when/if needed with kindness and patience. Lovely setting."
"Such a fun day. Jules broke down each process into stages, helping each of us as much or as little as we needed. When I broke my piece of glass at the final stage, she really kindly made me a replacement bracelet using the band I had worked on and I received it only 2 days later. Jules is a really kind a patient tutor who clearly delights in seeing her students learning. I’m so pleased a friend recommended this course to me (when I noticed her own beautiful creation) and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending it to others. I’m so pleased with my beautiful sea glass bracelet. Thank-you Jules."
