I am an experienced ceramic artist and meditation teacher, working with the physical, mindful and repetitive process of making in clay. I teach wellbeing with clay workshops in many different settings and am passionate about the capacity for clay to reduce stress and promote fulfilment. Physical meetings might be less uncertain, but we can rely on online so bringing clay making together in a virtual space can really connect us with our sense of touch, generate joy and help reduce anxiety.

"I have done a couple of Sarah's workshops- one for me and one for my daughter- and I can testify that she is excellent at her craft as well as teaching. She demonstrates different techniques to achieve amazing effects, and is a brilliant guide without being too prescriptive. Students of all ages and abilities are encouraged to use their imaginations and to create some really great pieces. She's amazing!"
