"I was nervous before attending Sarah’s course as I am a total beginner and other than watching a few YouTube videos, have never done anything like this before. I was immediately welcomed by Sarah and her lovely family and I was put at ease that we would go through each stage of the making process slowly which we did. Sarah helped me along the way to build my confidence and gain a good foundation of understanding for the basic principles of making a ring. The day was really relaxed and even though I went over the time, Sarah didn’t rush me and I ended up with a lovely ring that I’m so proud of. "Myself and a friend had a great day with Sarah. She explained each step very well and was very patient with us both (being the perfectionists we are, everything took quite long before we were happy with it!) and didn't mind that we finished quite a bit later than anticipated. I guess the many cups of tea and biscuits and the fun chat also contributed to that! We both went away with a beautiful seaglass ring and a renewed respect for jewellers! We really enjoyed it and would certainly recommend doing this course with Sarah - we may come back for a different course some time!"

"This was jolly good fun and I left with a splendid sea glass ring (with a piece of sea glass I found on the beach in Looe, in Cornwall). Even when I discovered it was all going A Bit Wrong (my soldering skills leave a lot to be desired!) the tutor showed me what was going wrong and how to make it right and it was all fixed beautifully. Altogether a very fun and also educational day (I like to learn new skills, even if I'm not good with them, or if they won't be used much!)."

"Wow. A really really amazing and unique experience made all the better by Sarah's in depth knowledge of jewellery making. We made the rings in a cute little workshop that has all the necessary tools required, Sarah constantly made sure we were full of hot drinks and biscuits and it was really fascinating hearing about her experience as a silver smith. Sarah also runs a photography business so she took lots of brilliant photos throughout and gave them to us a few days later free of charge! She even gave my girlfriend an extra silver pendant at the end to supplement her small ring. If you are considering making rings with your friend/partner then I couldn't recommend Sarah Bradley Designs enough!"
