"Attending this workshop was a joy right from the initial contact with Sandra who was very welcoming and informative. It was a great taster for Sandra's other courses and a perfect way of getting to know her work. The day was very relaxing and comfortable. I created a piece of art that I would never have considered. Sandra was excellent at guiding me through the project and explaining clearly the therapeutic advantages of including creativity in our lifes. I would definitely recommend this workshop."

"Spent a lovely day on Sandra’s creative experience day. The venue was warm and welcoming and the art projects we worked on were wonderfully absorbing . It was a fun day and very therapeutic for me and I felt relaxed yet energised and inspired when , at he end of the day , I walked out with three homemade projects !Sandra was a very good tutor and the day was extremely enjoyable ."

"I met Sandra at a networking event and I was immediately drawn to her wonderful personality. I always wanted to up my creativity, but I have learned that I am better with tuition, so I have joined Sandra at one of her 1 day Creative Experience Workshops which gave me an insight on how Sandra works! Signing up for the creative self discovery course was a total no-brainer. I loved my time with this fantastic lady, the course is well structured and there is a different topic every time - and best of all, a lot is upcycling. You get some homework, which gets you into the habit of continuing your journey of self finding at home and I certainly replaced some bad habits by sitting down and colouring instead after only two sessions. Sandra gives you a lot of time and support and also gives you the freedom of implementing your own ideas. All materials are included and you do not only take 7 projects home, but several! I consider myself as pretty self aware already but I still had several light bulb moments through this course and I highly recommend it - it will change your world! This is money very well spent and super value as you get soooooo much out of it!!"

"I found this course really therapeutic and enjoyable. There were a whole host of materials and media to try. It was based around things you enjoyed doing as a child so it bought lots of happy memories flooding back while working. Thoroughly enjoyable. Thank you Sandra ?"

"The 'Taster Session' I attended was excellent. Not only did I learn some new craft skills all made from recycled items - something I have a passion for, but it provided me with the opportunity to focus on my psychological well being and link the two. I will definitely sign up for the full course and I also intend to undertake another taster session. Sandra is a very skilled tutor and I found her most welcoming and the other participants very friendly. I would thoroughly recommend it."

"I would highly recommend this course to everyone who needs an opportunity to reward themselves and try something new. This course is so much more than a crafting activity group and was instrumental in helping me to make some planned life changing decisions. The 7 weeks gave me time to think and explore a much needed new perspective on my life and life choices. It was fun to learn craft techniques and produce some work to take away. This carefully and intelligently developed and delivered course caters for all ages and stages of individual person and supports their self action plans. Truly unique, truly brilliant...."

"I have to say I was skeptical at first - being a scientist at heart and having lost touch with my creativity and open-mindedness due to Corporate brainwashing for 20 years. I was so wrong to be skeptical. The course was well thought out, informative, thought provoking, enlightening and to be honest a complete breakthrough for me. It's obvious to me that Sandra has a lot of experience, expertise and teaching hours under her belt. I was able to get in touch with a part of my brain that was fast asleep! I had felt blocked, grey, and lacking in imagination - a dangerous place when you are starting your own business. Afterwards (after 7 weeks) I felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. By tapping into different parts of my mind, beliefs, challenging my self-imposed limitations, Sandra was able to demonstrate to me (using the craft as a metaphor) that I have everything I need within myself and that I should give myself more time to be a creative thinker. More time to make mistakes and move through them and more time doing things for myself instead of just doing things for other people. Thanks Sandra!"
