"A lovely morning spent with Anne learning about the whole candle making process from the types of waxes to use, choice of containers and choosing your fragrances. There is nothing better than hand pouring your own candles and bringing home your creations. A very fun and therapeutic experience in a small group setting. "

"My daughter and I would highly recommend this course. It was well organised and we learnt a lot. It was a lovely way to spend a morning doing something mindful and craft based. It was a really friendly atmosphere and biscuits were also kindly provided! We made three candles and a wax melt and learnt about how to scent and colour them. Overall good value for money. Would definitely book again. "

"Really enjoyed this workshop, nice location, the three hours flew by! Anne provided a lot of interesting and helpful information in a friendly relaxed atmosphere. "We attended the candle making workshop hosted by Anne on Saturday morning 23rd September 2023. The session was professionally hosted and Anne was exceptionally disarming, informative, and had a gentle sense of humour. The venue was very inviting, relaxed and informal and we were able to focus an intimate group of seven. All the equipment needed was available and provided with clear instruction for use and the group encouraged to express their individual creativity. Anne was the perfect host and we would rate this workshop an absolute 10 out of 10."

"This is an amazing course, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Anne is wonderful, friendly and welcoming. You get a fun and relaxed atmosphere whilst gaining knowledge about candle making from Anne. The actual candle making is great, you make various different size candles and some wax melts, there are lots of scents and colours to use, all included in this course, it's well worth the money. Anne shares her knowledge about candle making, answers any questions and also provides you with her suppliers, which is brilliant if you have just started candle making. I would definitely recommend this course, thank you so much Anne. "

"Finally I have booked a candle making course with Pemberly candles. I have wanted to attend for about a year but couldn’t manage the Saturday. Everyone told me to try You Tube… I refused as I wanted to learn properly and by someone who had already tried and tested suppliers and fragrance oils. I firmly believed trying to do this at home is not ideal unless you have lots of money to waste on buying the wrong stuff and lots of time free to learn from anyone that uploads a video on you tube. Anne was fantastic… we made four candles , all different, she shared so many clever tricks and tips. She shared with me her suppliers too . It was a fabulous few hours and just lovely to indulge in something creative. I cant wait to make some more candles at home as gifts . Thank you Anne for your wisdom and hospitality today. Amy and I enjoyed the chatting too. "
