This is a full day workshop creating a couple of items using the slip cast process. Slip casting is a way of producing identical pieces or for mass production. In this workshop you will learn about pouring liquid slip into moulds and releasing the pot later and preparing it for the kiln. You will also explore painting with coloured slips onto a mould before casting your item to decorate your pot without the need for coloured glazes.
