"A lovely way to spend the day, location was great. Nick is very knowledgable and I did manage to take my camera off auto setting, managing to change shutter speed. The day has given me confidence to try changing other settings when I work out how! I would have liked more than 3 minutes of 1:1 time, maybe Nick could allocate a time slot to spend with each participant? Unfortunately we missed both otter feedings and I am yet to receive the copy of the powerpoint presentation we were promised. "
Handmade Workshops Ltd responded:
"Hi Tracy
Thank you for your feedback and we’re glad you enjoyed your day at the Wetlands Centre overall, but are sorry that you didn’t get enough one to one time with Nick and weren’t able to go to the second otter feeding after the class finished.
We’ve spoken with him and the Powerpoint presentation was sent out as a link in his email to participants after the class. I'll resend it on an email to you and would be grateful if you could let me know if you receive it.
Many thanks
Ann

"Wow! What joy is buttering toast with a knife you carved yourself in 2 relaxing hours. It may look a tiny bit 'first time' but I think it is beautiful. Wait till you see my next one.. excellent class.
"
Handmade Workshops Ltd responded:
"We're so pleased you enjoyed the class, Pat and that knife was definitely a bit more than 'first time'!
I've passed your kind comments on to Ellie and look forward to seeing you at the next one.
Thanks
Ann"
"I thoroughly enjoyed this course. I'd not used a sewing machine properly before and thought it would be beyond me, but this was a great introduction and well taught. "
Handmade Workshops Ltd responded:
"Hi Lucie
We're so pleased you enjoyed the workshops and thank you for taking the time to write the review. It's much appreciated.
It was lovely to have you with us for the day and we were really impressed with how well you got on. Hoping that this is just the start of your sewing journey!
Many thanks
Ann & Catherine. "
"This was a lovely evening learning about the origin and technique of Sashiko . As with all these things they look simple until you try them but with Suzanne's gentle guidance we were all able to come away with a lavender bag ,a Sashiko needle and a needle threader and lots of inspiration to continue .."
Handmade Workshops Ltd responded:
"Thank you for taking the time to give us this lovely review, Jill.
We really happy you enjoyed the workshop. Suzanne is a great teacher and we're very lucky to have her.
Hope to see you at another workshop soon.
Ann & Catherine"
