Description
In this half day workshop with professional bookbinder and experienced teacher Mylyn McColl, you’ll learn how to make your own beautiful concertina folded books. During the morning you’ll be looking at the structure of concertina binding, folding and assembling pages before making attractive covers to protect them. This wonderfully versatile technique is particularly great for showcasing prints and art projects. The class is suitable for both beginners and those with some experience of bookbinding. All materials and tools are provided, including a wide range of decorative papers and book cloths to choose from.
