"I attended a beginners crochet course and found it excellent. As a left hander I booked a one to one course, and found that more beneficial. The tuition was just the right level and speed. The highlight was visiting the alpacas and learning about them. You can also see them from the craft cabin!"

"I had a really good time and I learnt loads. I am not a complete beginner, unlike my 2 companions that day, however Sue and Debs gave us all individual attention according to our needs."

"It was such a relaxing environment. The instructors Sue and Debs are the most patient people in the world. They taught me , a complete beginner, to crochet and made great tea and we got to talk to the llamas and Alpacas. The environment is welcoming and relaxing. A great afternoon and I will certainly do this again. Thank you Sue and Debs."

"I spent a lovely afternoon with my mum and a friend, learning to Crochet with Sue and Deb. Their Craft barn is a wonderful space to relax and learn, with views over the Alpacas paddock and the beautiful Norfolk countryside. Sue and Deb were very easy to learn from and their enthusiasm for Crochet was evident. The basic stitches were shown to us as a group and we then had individual tutorage as we each came to use the different stitches. The tea and biscuits were plentiful and most welcome! Half way through the session, we took a break and went out to meet the Alpacas. Sue and Deb introduced us to each of them and told us about their 'fiber' as well as their individual characteristics! I came away from my session at Primrose Alpacas and Craft School having thoroughly enjoyed learning a new skill and having had a wonderful stress-free afternoon."

"A friend and I had a lovely morning relearning crochet yesterday. Sue and Deb really know their stuff and teach in a relaxed and really knowledgeable way. I think I came away with the confidence to build on what I learned, and my own sampler of stitches is really helpful. The location is relaxed and at tea time we visited the animals, which was fab. I recommend this course unreservedly!"

"I really enjoyed my beginner's course with Sue and Deborah yesterday. They started from the very beginning and clearly explained each step. There was plenty of opportunity to practice before moving on, and the individual tuition was very helpful if I made a mistake. Visiting the alpacas and horses mid-morning was also a lot of fun! I am looking forward to practising what I learnt (thanks to the handy booklet they emailed out afterwards), and then hopefully coming back in the future to learn some more stitches."

"I signed up to learn crochet with Sue & Deb as I'd failed miserably some months previously when being taught one-to-one by a relative. I therefore had a lot of self-doubt and I genuinely thought I would never be able to master the craft. But with Sue and Deb's excellent teaching skills and patience after 3 hours I left enthused, motivated, ABLE TO CROCHET (!) and on my way to completing my first project, a small purse in double crochet stitch. The setting/environment is lovely too. Sue and Deb have set up a small workshop cabin in their equestrian centre overlooking the stables and llama/alpaca paddock. It's clean and bright and full of of their own handicrafts for further inspiration. Learning about alpaca wool was fascinating too. Tea, coffee, biscuits and sweets are on tap and having 2 of them there meant I and the other beginner on the workshop had personal tuition when we got stuck. I really enjoyed the morning and I will certainly be going back to learn more."

She explained everything clearly and I was able to follow her lead and instruction. I feel that I've made a great start with crochet and will definitely be going back for an advanced course once I've fully mastered the basics."

"I have recently spent a fantastic morning with Sue learning how to crochet. The workshop was fabulous and I was amazed at how much I learnt and how much I could do after just three hours! It was also great to meet the alpacas and lamas. I'm certainly 'hooked' and will be booking another course, to learn some more advanced stitches. A thoroughly enjoyable morning and very informative - thank you Sue for your patience, guidance, support and encouragement!! Emma."

"The three us were complete beginners to crochet. We were made to feel very welcome, relaxed atmosphere. Lovely venue. It was myself, my Mum and my 10 year old daughter. We all managed to do the basics in crochet. We feel more confident to carry on practicing what we learnt today going forward. We would like to return in the future for more tutoring to further our skills. Susan was there to help with me being left handed. Deborah was very good at teaching my Mum and Daughter."

"Sue is an excellent teacher of Crochet, and produces her own informative booklets to take you through whatever stage you are tackling from the very basics such as double crochet, working in the round, then in squares, right through to the intricacies of Tunisian Crochet, until you reach the heights of making beautiful stuffed animals with looped crochet for fur etc. Sue has a great sense of humour and not only will you learn heaps, her anecdotes are wonderful, often funny, and you feel like you have had the most fantastic day; you achieve loads, and have fun doing it. What more could you ask?5 x *"

"Sue and Debz are experts at Kumuhino, and under their aegis, I learnt first to do different braids using different yarns, and then we started to use beads as well. The results were some stunning pieces of jewellery which I was SO thrilled to have made. Sue has loads of patience, and even if you forget the direction that you are heading or lose track of a bead, she will help you to back track, explaining where the slip came so you know how NOT to repeat it.I have thoroughly enjoyed learning at Primrose crafts. 5/5"

"Have just spent a most enjoyable and worthwhile morning with Sue and Deborah. I have been wanting to master the art of crochet for sometime and while I will not say I am now an expert I do feel confident enough to try simple patterns and expand upon the basic stitches I have learnt. Will be looking to book a more advanced session in the future and try other crafts. Many thanks"
