"I have been to the course a couple of times. I find the course very enjoyable, Diane the tutor is very helpful and informative. The course is value for money, set in beautiful scenery and parking available on site. Coffee /tea/herbal tea and biscuits are available. You have a good working space and choice of silver to suit your budget. Diane is a fantastic teacher and has helped me make some lovely pieces of jewellery. I've met some lovely people in the class and I'd recommend this class to anyone."

"Diane's class was so enjoyable and a lot of fun. We learnt so many new skills and was able to produce a variety of lovely silver jewellery. Being in a small group gave us opportunity to learn in our own time. Diane was incredibly patient and helpful. One of the best days I've had in ages. "I choose the course to refresh skills I last used many years ago, as I have had requests at home, to have a go at making simple silver jewellry. Diane lead us thru the process of decorating and then forming a ring, first from copper, then we could use our new skills to make a second piece in silver. At every step through the process, Diane included firemen or the gods of soldering, offering fresh pointers to help our efforts to be successful. I enjoyed the course so much that I have since ordered the few tools I need to continue at home."

"I bought my wife this as a present and thought I should attend to make a day of it despite having no real interest in jewellery making. However I must say that as the day progressed I found myself completely engrossed and fascinated by it. Diane was excellent, taking things at just the right speed and explaining each process in detail. She is clearly passionate about Silversmithing and that rubbed off on the rest of us. "Just back from THE most amazing day here! On arrival we were in awe of the studio. It's a well stocked aladins cave and I felt like a kid in a sweet shop. There were five of us in the workshop, and we all hit it off straight away, with one another and Diane. Diane is a lovely, friendly and welcoming lady, with an amazing talent. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable in her craft, but she can teach those skills to a bunch of novices and ensure that they take home stunning pieces of their very own handcrafted metal work jewellery. Can't wait for more dates as I'm definitely booking a return visit!"

"Brilliant class - couldn't have asked for better! 4 of us in the class and by the end, we were laughing and joking like we'd know each other all our lives. It was such a lovely atmosphere :) I'm a bit of a wuss when it comes to sawing/drilling (basically using anything that could potentially hurt me if things went awry!) but thanks to the support and expert guidance from Diane, by the end I was happily sawing and drilling away with the rest (and gazing lovingly at my new rings and earrings!) It was a fantastic day and I would honestly recommend it to anyone :) Thanks Diane, it was well worth the long trip ;D"

"Myself and 4 friends attended a half-day version of the workshop and we all had an absolutely fantastic time! Diane is a brilliant teacher and explained everything very clearly and patiently. We were all proud and quite amazed with what we were able to achieve in just 3 hours, being complete novices. What better way to spend quality time with friends than learning something new together and creating beautiful pieces of jewellery to remember the day by.
