"Myself and my boyfriend spent the day with Catherine at her beautiful studio last month. We each got to produce a range of thrown and coiled pieces, learning about the techniques and styles of decoration available to us. Catherine was a patient teacher and helped us to achieve so much more than we had hoped for from the day. Our pieces were then expertly packaged and shipped home to us in London. We would definitely recommend her course to novices wanting a fun days exploration of clay, or for pros who'd like to practice with a knowledgeable teacher in a welcoming environment. Thank you Catherine!"

"I wanted to have a go at both throwing and hand building pottery but I live a hectic life and cannot always commit to a class on a set day and time every week. I love the flexibility that I enjoy with Catherine. She fits me when I can come along and her easy going approach suits me perfectly. I felt immediately at home in her studio. I love the fact that every piece doesn't have to be perfect. I learn as I go but it doesn't matter if it goes wrong. It is a lot of fun! I have so much to learn but feel I can learn in a cosy and safe environment, at my own pace and in my own time. I never want the sessions to end."

"I had a couple of great lessons. Catherine is a really good and patient teacher, I have never done any throwing before and with her help was able to make some mugs on the wheel and learn some of the principles of throwing and turning. Her workshop is very well set up and I'd reccommend this to anyone who wants to learn ceramics/pottery."
