"Great introduction to the art. However it is very time consuming and because I run a health coaching business I realised I have ' bitten off more than I can chew ' at the moment, but may well come back to it when I have more time to devout to this practice."

"Absolutely loved my first session and subsequent. Ann is a lovely teacher, easy to understand and follow her instructions. I would highly recommend anyone to do this course. Don't think you can't do it because you can. So long as you listen then anything is possible. My only regret is not doing this sooner. The group is a lovely bunch of people, welcoming, encouraging and supportive. "
