Wendy reviewed: Woodturning 2 day workshop

"Hubbie and I spent two days with Andy trying to grasp the basics of woodturning. Andy was a great teacher, sharing his passion and enthusiasm for the craft. He has great patience (which he definitely needed!) combined with a fine sense of humour. Came away having learnt a lot and having had a really enjoyable 2 days and wanting to do more. Also wanted to take the resident Westie home with us but we sadly weren't allowed"

Andys woodworking responded:

"Really enjoyed teaching you the delights of Woodturning over the two days I hope you keep the tuition up Very best wishes Andy mary and of course ANGUS xxx"

Steve Garner reviewed: Woodturning tuition in Wiltshire

"What a brilliant day! I was warmly welcomed by Andy and Mary and had the privilege to meet Angus too. Andy is a great tutor with a wealth of knowledge and skills. He explained everything really well and was very patient with me. I can now confidently go ahead and set up a lathe and practise all that he taught me. I’ll certainly be booking in additional lessons. "

Richard Crocker reviewed: Woodturning tuition in Wiltshire

"Andy is a true master craftsman and incredibly knowledgeable, was very patient with my bad habits learned from being self-taught. Gave a lot of great advice and I would happily go again. An all-round great experience"

Tim Reed reviewed: Woodturning 2 day workshop

"An excellent day learning to turn wood with Andy, a patient and understanding teacher as well as an entertaining companion. Starting with information about tools and lathe operation we then, after tea and biscuits, moved on to the creative part and ended up with a lovely wooden bowl. Andy, his wife Mary and their well-behaved dog Angus were a delight and I would recommend this experience to anyone interested in wood turning or just wanting to try something a little bit different."

Andys woodworking responded:

"Thanks for the lovely review !! Best wishes Andy Mary Angus xx "
