There are no instructions to constrain you! Let your imagination fly where and how it chooses. (Although sized for a phone, you can look at them on any device such as tablet or laptop). This is set 6, and has 16 cards with ideas for inspiration & mindfulness. Collect the whole series for a total of 96 activities in 6 unique sets covering sewing and papercrafts - - Inspiration & mindfulness. - Design & composition. - Improv & play. - Texture & surface. - Line & movement. - Colour & contrast.

What's included in the price?

You will receive a zipped file containing the set of 16 images plus an intro image. Download the file, unzip, and you are ready to access inspiration at any time! If you want to print the cards out, download the PDF file, and print. I think 4 cards per page works well.

I have been sewing & making patchwork since I was tiny. Have you ever wanted to make a quilt? It looks so easy but do you find yourself thinking “What if I do it wrong?” or "it’s harder than I thought?” These questions are all normal so I put together a variety of programmes that can help. I didn’t start off being a confident seamstress, but I had someone who did not give up on me – and that has influenced me. My passion is in sharing skills. I would love to share that passion with you

"The Textile Textures Playtime course is such fun and very informative! I always look forward to the first of the month when the new material is sent out as I find it a real stimulus to creativity. The written tutorials, photos and videos are very well presented and easy to follow. In addition, the tutor, Sheena is very approachable and always willing to provide help as needed. The private Facebook group is very helpful too and has photos of many inspiring projects created by students. One of the things I like about the tutorials is the different ways in which the techniques taught can be applied – I have found the course to be so useful for giving me ideas for embellishments to add to the upcycled clothing that I create, and I am sure the course would be of benefit to anyone who creates with textiles in any form and did I mention it is FUN?? I highly recommend both this course and the lovely tutor, Sheena who is an excellent teacher."
