A delightful workshop, fun for everyone. Come and learn how to make and cook fresh pasta to share with family and friends.... we will clear up and wash up afterwards, what's not to like? This course requires no prior knowledge, all are welcome. We hope to provide a fun and relaxed learning environment. Perfect for enhancing your cookery skills or just having fun with friends or meet new friends. Although there is no recommended age limit on this course all children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a participating adult. As with most of our courses this will follow a format of demos, tasters and practical cookery with support if needed. it will end around our large dining table discussing and enjoying the dishes with a glass of wine (or flavoured water). We encourage questions and love discussion, each course varies slightly with the participants, but all promise to be fun, energising and interesting. 09:30 Arrival and introductions. 09:45 Demo and make your own pasta dough. 10:15 Demo and make your own ravioli and tagliatelle. 11:15 Demo real Italian carbonara to taste. 11:30 Demo and make your own delicious pasta sauces. 12:00 All eat together with final wrap up and questions.
