Nuno, two person felted scarf course

This course is on request, for a maximum of two people. Please get in touch to arrange a mutual convenient date. Discover how to make a floaty, beautiful Nuno felted scarf using fine wool fibre tops in gorgeous colour ways. Add plant and other fibres to create texture and lustre all felted and embedded onto a long silk scarf or cotton fabric. There will lots of samples of Nuno felting and scarfs for inspiration. I will do a demonstration of the nuno felting technique. You will then be able to experiment by making a small sample piece(s) felting wool and other fibres onto loose weave fabrics before starting the scarf. Suitable for those that have tried wet felting before but not necessarly nuno felting which is wet - felting wool and other types of fibres onto the surface of the fabric to make a strong but drapey peice of fabric. It is ideal for making scarves and lightweight clothing.
