About the Course

Chocolate lovers are in for a festive treat with this course. Creating hand made truffles, a chocolate box or bowl, chocolate stirrers and other chocolate items to create stunning hand made gifts or for personal indulgence. To make the day go with a bit of extra Christmas Spirit enjoy some Prosecco along the way and leave the car behind!

During the day you will learn to:

• Temper Chocolate
• Use moulds to create bars, lollies or novelties
• Use transfer sheets to create stunning designs
• Use metallic blushes to add a sophisticated finish
• Add flavours
• Package up all your work using ribbons, bags or wrappers.

This course is great for either individuals or groups who want to have create amazing gifts or just eat it all yourself!

Well run course where we made a huge amount of chocolate gifts. Key skills were truffle making, tempering chocolate to make a chocolate box, bars and baubles! All then packaged ready for gift presentation.
Lovely lunch and plenty of tea etc during the day and an afternoon tea at the end.
We would highly recommend this course and it is excellent value for money.

Had a great day learning the art of tempering and moulding chocolate. I came home with an assortment of professional looking bars, chocolate lollies and mice, truffles and even a chocolate bowl and lid. All materials and tools were provided as well as refreshments, a delicious lunch and even a glass of bubbly. The studio facilities are excellent and Yolanda is very knowledgable about the subject. I would thoroughly recommend this course.

Just had the most fabulous Sunday - tempering chocolate and making bars, truffles, lollies etc.

Yolanda was brilliant with us and I left knowing I really could do this at home as most equipment I have in my kitchen (except for the thermometers, but thanks to Jonathan’s research I now know where to get hold of one).

WOW!!!!! What an amazing day this was. Amazing amount of chocolate available. As with all courses from Yolanda and Jonathan, great studio space, great hospitality too and always a fabulous lunch.

This course was amazing, learning how to temper chocolate and making eggs, lollipops, and all sorts of things.... Will definitely do this again ... and having completed this course - will never buy an Easter egg again!!! Its is home made all the way ...
