Course Start Dates
About the Course
Join us for your intro to working with epoxy resin. This course is designed for first time epoxy users. We have been making river tables, pouring live edge epoxy pieces and using resin long enough that it is time to share all of the secrets with you.
In the workshop, you will learn the properties and durability of epoxy resin and how to use it with timber. Get creative and walk away with your very own unique live edge pour.
If you want to start making your own resin projects such as river tables, live edge artwork, live edge furniture or epoxy resin coatings, then this is the perfect place to come and learn the basics!
An apron, tools and materials will all be provided, but we do recommend you wear old clothes.
Please be aware that Epoxy Resin takes about 7 days to fully dry and so you will have to pick this up from our studio at a later date. Alternatively, we can have your work of art delivered for a small postage fee!
Resin classes last approximately 3-4 hours.
If booking with a CraftCourses voucher for part or all of the course fee, please fill in the contact form above. Your voucher code must be provided at the point of booking.
What's included in the price?
Aprons will be provided but please wear old clothes. Free parking onsite: please drive up to the gates and the security attendant will let you in.

I never leave reviews on anything but I must say Richard was extremely good with the teaching, everything was well explained and examples were shown as well. Any question I asked he had answers that made sense. Lovely environment and was very enjoyable, highly recommended.

Amazing beginners‘ workshop with an excellent, patient, and extremely helpful teacher, Richard. I loved it and I'd like to take more courses after the opening of the new studio, maybe around furniture building (I would loved to create a river coffee table)!

Richard was a great instructor and took time to explain the process and any additional questions people may have had. The class was very relaxed, informative, and enjoyable. You never felt rushed and the time flew by. Everyone left with a smile on their face! Fully recommended.
