About the Course
The aim is to provide a relaxed and friendly experience, where you will develop your crochet skills and make beautiful items to cherish or give as gifts. Group size: 2 -5 people. You can book as an individual or as a group.
Courses run when requested. Please get in contact to discuss dates.
Courses are offered for complete beginners and also for those who have learnt the basic stitches (chain, double crochet, treble crochet), helping them to their crochet to the next level. Two of the following projects will be chosen, depending on the preferences of those taking part: scarf, snood, cushion cover, baby blanket, tea cosy, Christmas doily, bunting, granny square blanket. Along the way we will cover the choosing of colours, reading patterns, foundation chains, join-as-you-go and blocking, giving everyone the skills they need to be confident in their crochet.
This is a 4 week course; 2.5 hours per week for 4 weeks.

The workshop will take place around a large kitchen table in light and spacious kitchen/diner, next to glass doors that overlook the leafy garden. If you have any queries about the course or booking, please do get in touch.

What's included in the price?
Tea, coffee and cake will be provided. Please let me know of any special dietary requirements.
Yarn will be provided for the first week and for smaller projects undertaken, but not for blankets or larger projects started later during the course. Participants are encouraged to bring their own hooks, but if they don't have the right size then one can be borrowed for the duration of the course.
