Burmieston Farm and Steading has been lovingly renovated into a beautiful workshop and accommodation with excellent food and facilities. We found this beautiful venue in 2012 and have been working on reviving its former glory ever since. The vistas are huge, the weather immediate, the buildings old and solid. It’s the kind of place where the false barriers between the man made and the natural world fall away. The kind of place where you can find a lot of space and little bit of peace. No there are no TVs in the Steading. There is a projector and screen and a library of DVDs.
No, we don’t offer Wi-Fi. It’s a chance for you to have a digital detox! 4G does work here though.
Yes! We are dog friendly. We have two of our own dogs - one is old and grumpy, the other is a puppy and mental. We will charge per dog.
Yes of course. We can provide a price for accommodation and meals only.
Absolutely! We have some in our freezer that is available for purchase
