About the Course

In this intensive two day course you will learn the art of hand crafting and carving your very own wallet.

Leather carving or tooling is an ancient skill that has been passed down through the ages. You can learn to make beautiful and useful leather item with exquisite and original carvings. Wonderful for yourself, gifts or even starting your own business!

You will learn how to:
Cut leather from a pattern
Prepare for stitching
Hand sew leather using saddle stitch
Set rivets
Use leather dye
Use a variety of traditional leatherwork tools
You will also carve your own design onto the wallet.
