Gary reviewed: Photography Lesson

"A thoroughly enjoyable and instructive session in what has to be one of the most stunning locations in the Lakes. Frank was very easy to get along with and he pitched his explanations and guidance just right, encouraging throughout. I definitely came away with a greater understanding and enthusiasm to build on what Frank shared with me. I recommend this course to all those looking to improve their photography skills."

Vision Photography responded:

" Hi Gary It was great spending time with you and Alison. Thoroughly enjoyed teach you and if your ever in the area again it would be great to catch up! Many thanks for the glowing review, means a lot!"

Jade reviewed: Landscape Photography Lessons for Beginners in The Lake District

"Frank is one of the most knowledgable yet down to earth photographers I’ve ever met. He found us a great spot to photograph, and I learnt so much in one session and even managed to start taking some great shots! Frank is truly a great photographer and an even better person and I can’t wait to continue learning from him in the future."

Vision Photography responded:

" Thanks so very much Jade!! Can’t wait to take your photography further. Star pupil 👩‍🎓 "

Des Barr-Davies reviewed: Landscape Photography Lessons for Beginners in The Lake District

"An excellent course for the photographer at any level. Although, the course notes state Intermediate/Advanced level, don't let that put you off as a beginner. Frank has an excellent teaching style, that is relaxed and tailored to the skill of the individual. I felt that the main importance of my time on the course was to have fun and take photographs, all the time learning through practice and example rather than being full of technical terms. Don't get me wrong, if you want techy terms he has techy terms. I learned more in the time spent on the course, than reading the various photography magazines. The weather didn't allow for night shooting, but the relevant techniques were taught using a 10 stop filter (see I learned something). I would recommend this course, and try and stay at the pub, you'll not regret it."

Vision Photography responded:

" Thank you so much Des for your great review!! Very pleased you enjoyed the course and you felt you benefited from my teachings. Hope you stay in touch and fingers crossed we get a clear sky for some night shots."

Nigel Richardson reviewed: Landscape Photography Lessons for Beginners in The Lake District

"Frank has an air about him that immediately puts you at ease. His knowledge of the subject and locations are excellent and his ability to adapt to the prevailing conditions was impressive - considering we had all the elements that could be thrown at us over the weekend workshop (and despite the weather preventing any night photography) I thorough enjoyed the experience, including the wonderful accommodation and food - I will be back!"
