"Lovely venue surrounded by nature. Hosts could not have been more helpful. Tea and biscuits provided all day! Joe and Bob were very adept at sculpture and took us through the day skilfully. Help and advice was given throughout the day as needed, but we very much got to create our own sculpture. The Pal Tiya is an amazing material, extremely malleable and easy to apply. Looking forward very much to the next course! Hares please! Highly recommended!"

"Everything about this workshop was fantastic.The venue is perfect,the studio well set up and the tutors know their stuff,nothing was too much trouble, no question went unanswered.Very talented and multi-skilled artisans that are happy and able to share their knowledge."

"We had a great day. I booked the course as a surprise for my daughter who is very stressed with her job. The day whizzed by, she never thought about work once and at the end said her pumpkin was the best thing she'd ever made - a big compliment as she has done quite a few handicrafts. Bob and Joe were both lovely and we chatted away easily all day long. My daughter made a Halloween pumpkin with lots of advice about how to do the 'scary' features and I made a pumpkin for an Autumn display. Highly recommended, thank you."

"A great introduction to the innovative Pal Tiya sculpture medium. We spent a day making our own (light up) castles using this clay-like substance. Its idiosyncracies took a little getting used to, but through Joe's excellent demonstrations and Bob's infinitely patient explanations, we set to. The class size is small, allowing individual attention, plenty of elbow room and a lot of camaraderie during the makes. All our castles were different and showed off our individuality. Tea and tin foil were on tap, with the added bonus of cake too! I highly recommend the workshop, and took advantage of the generous introductory discount on the product too."

"I have attended two workshops so far at Stafford Studios. Bob and Joe are very welcoming and full of knowledge and are fab tutors. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there learning to sculpt with Pal Tiya Premium. It's fantastic stuff and lovely rural location, so peaceful and also a very well equipt ceramic studio. Looking forward to going back again :)"

"A fantastic day spent learning a new skill. The teachers made it fun from the start . Finished the day with a very cute fairy door and a decorative toadstool that now has its home in the garden. "Just spent an amazing day with Bob and Joe Stafford using Pal Tiya to make a fairy door and toadstool house. Very relaxed, friendly atmosphere, excellent tuition and an unusual new medium to work with. Very inspiring!! I would recommend these workshops to anyone with an artistic bent.
