"As a family we had a really good day. Rich and Jane are a very accommodating friendly couple and very helpful. We came away with confidence to take the next step and buy a lathe of our own. On the day we each made our own bowls and candlestick. We would definitely recommend this course. "

"Really enjoyed our afternoon with Jane and Rich. Rich is a qualified carpenter who has a real enthusiam and appreciation of natural wood. A gifted instructor he's on hand to help, but is also happy to stand back and let you 'have a go' which meant by the end of the afternoon we had a fair collection of bowls and candlesticks. Plus we were home in time to watch the Grand National - what a day "

"Absolutely brilliant afternoon with Rich, I know feel I have the confidence to get started on my own lathe. Jane provided some lovely refreshments too. Richard has created a great course, he imparts lots of knowledge, demonstrates very clearly the technique and his caring nature ensures you leave satisfied with your own unique pieces of work. The day is well paced and Jane was the perfect hostess providing tea and coffee and home made treats throughout the day. Highly recommend this course."
