Would really recommend courses from The Green Wood Guild to anyone as they're accessible and fun and it was great to be in on Stephney Farm too where the workshop is. "My boyfriend and I had a really fun time carving miniature bowls under Tim's guidance. Learned a lot about whittling and knife techniques in a safe and friendly environment (not to mention excellent coffee and some treats). I am a slow learner but Tim was very patient and helpful. Left with a bowl I was pleased with and a sense of accomplishment. Would recommend 🥣👌"

"I just wanted to say thank you to Tim for such an enjoyable lesson. I have never worked with wood before (apart from a little foray into DIY!) so as someone that did not know much about wood, I feel like a learned a lot, even in just one day. Tim was friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. I was completely at ease in the class and I went home with a kuksa bowl and a new hobby. I would 100% recommend this course."
