"What a fantastic day, I booked a 3 hr Taster Session for my son Edward, first time Stone Carving, John made us feel really welcome, John gave clear, informative tuition , obviously has a passion for his craft that was infectious . Sadly it was the last session of the Summer -I definitely would book another session for both of us! Edward is now enthusiastically continuing with the carving he started in the taster session in our garden ! "

"I attended Johns Stone carving course yesterday and it was excellent, John gave me a ton of designs to choose from and after picking one he showed the process of creating the piece of art. John talked me through each stage of the process, regularly checked how I was going and gave me advice throughout the day with tips, by the end of the day I had created my first stone carving. John was a great instructor and we also chatted about sculpting and art in general. I highly recommend the course."
