"I would highly recommend this course. Sam, the tutor is very knowedgable and allows students to work at their own pace offering lots of guidance. I have completed 2 courses and at the end of each one have produced a really nice piece of stained glass by cutting glass, copper foiling and soldering. I am now moving on to learn how to make a leaded piece. This is a really relaxed class where you are encouraged to learn at your own pace and is very good value for money."

"I wanted a new creative challenge and signed up to Sam’s course. I wasn’t disappointed. Sam encourages learners to create personal pieces of interest and offers advice and support throughout the process. Learners are at a variety of ability levels and those more experienced are more than happy to advise and offer support. The atmosphere is always welcoming and it’s great to get together with like minded people. Highly recommend this course. Sam is an amazing tutor."

"I can't recommend Sam's courses too highly. The group is enjoyable and people are willing to share ideas and techniques. It is also inspiring to see other people's work. Sam helps on everything. For example, I'd planned a leaded piece but the elements were too small so Sam is helping me to implement it as a foiled piece. She's especially given help and advice on cutting and assembling, displaying marvellous patience. I have learned so much and enjoyed it all. Helen"

"I have loved coming to this class. The room looking out into the church is so peaceful. I enjoy my fellow classmates and have learned and been inspired by them. Some of their work is amazing. I have done some foiling pieces and some leaded pieces with Sam's help and instruction. I started out as a complete novice and am continuing to learn. I thoroughly recommend this class. Helen Hicks"

"This is a great course. Friendly, fun, and the small group size means that Sam has lots of time to spend with students. I am currently making a mosaic picture, but have also done some glass fusing, copper foiled stained glass, and my next project will be a leaded piece for my garden. People sometimes pop into the church for other reasons and are always amazed by the beauty of the work we are creating."

"Sam runs a great course. For someone who would like an introduction into making stained glass pieces , this is the course for you. It gives an insight in to both lead and copper foiled techniques. The course is taught in a friendly informal manner. Definitely value for money and I would highly recommend it."

"I'm a complete beginner in tiffany/stained glass and I found Sam's classes extremely helpful and very friendly. I've been on two of her 10 week courses, making various sun catcher ornaments for Christmas trees and gifts etc. The group is made up of lots of people with different skills, and all of them offer advice and take an interest in each other's pieces. Sam provides all of the equipment you need to start off with: once you know what you want to make, she gives you the information you need to buy your own glass/copper tape/flux etc."
