"My son is 14 and did the wood carving course by himself, he was really looked after, nurtured and helped throughout the day. He absolutely loved it and was so proud of what he created. Since bringing it home he has outlined it using pyrography, and then used some slightly coloured wax to create coloured areas. He was really pleased with the outcome and is hoping he can do another course at some point."

"Really looking forward to doing this course but due to family circumstances were unable to attend. Notified the organisers who pointed out that course cost would be lost for any cancellations within four weeks of the start. Disappointed they didn't even offer an alternative date so we could attend later."

"We were truly sorry that you couldn't attend this course. Our goal is always to have happy and satisfied customers and we make every accommodation we can to ensure that this is the case. Our courses require significant preparation and prior investment. We have a limited number of places available and when a course is full, such as this was, we have to turn away potential bookings. We know from experience that we require at least 4 weeks to have a hope of filling any cancelled / re-scheduled bookings. With such short notice, we felt that the offer of other attendees coming in your place was the fairest option we could reasonably suggest. Regards, Maggie "

"I did the one day relief carving experience and it was just perfect. Pete is incredibly warm, welcoming and supportive. He gave a clear intro then let us get on with it, supporting and helping along the way. He also created a friendly and inclusive atmosphere meaning everyone got to know each other and felt engaged throughout the day. "
