🎨 Hi, I’m Jo — the heart behind Re-Creative! I’m a Stockport artist and maker with a passion for turning the everyday into the extraordinary. Through Re-Creative, I blend my love for art, crafts, upcycling, and the environment by transforming discarded items into beautiful, meaningful pieces. ♻️ My specialty? Giving new life to Nespresso coffee pods! However, I love working with a variety of mixed media, including PAINTING WITH AN IRON?!?! But upcycling is at the core of what I do. It’s not just about sustainability — it’s about seeing potential where others see waste. ✨ Alongside creating my own art, I run unique creative workshops designed to inspire, uplift, and empower. These creative sessions are all about mindfulness, joy, exploration and self-expression. Whether you’re a seasoned artist or just curious to try something new, my workshops offer a relaxed, welcoming space to explore your creativity, (especially if you think you are not creative, let me prove you wrong). 🎉 I host a range of Nespresso upcycling and Encaustic Wax workshops throughout the year, and I also offer bespoke Re-Creative experiences for special occasions — think birthdays, hen dos, community connection or even corporate team-building events with a creative twist.
