"Dionne hosts her workshops expertly. She puts you at ease very quickly and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I have only just begun to dabble in mosaic and Dionne has so much knowledge and expertise that she is so keen to share, it really is inspiring to a beginner. The kit for our workshop was delivered in plenty of time and was beautifully packaged. Dionne took me through each aspect of the project, step by step, allowing me to work at my own pace, answering any questions I had. I am really pleased with my finished piece and chuffed to have experimented in andamento; I look forward to more workshops in the future."

"I had never done Mosaic art before and was invited by Dionne to her class during a half-term school holiday. I attended the course with my two children and my niece aged 5, 7 and 21. To my surprise, it was one of the most enjoyable experiences I have had in a very long time. I had no expectations because it was all very new to me but what a great session we all had. I loved the way Dionne taught the class and it was a lovely environment. The kids really enjoyed the experience and are looking forward to doing more mosaic work in the future. It was great to see that this is a course that can be attended by the whole family and of different age ranges. I have already informed Dionne that we will be attending the next session she holds during the school holidays. I would definitely recommend Dionne and this course."

"Dionne is very good at making mosaicing easier and accessible to people who have never done this sort of thing before but also catering for experienced people. The workshop was very engaging and so much fun, perfect for families and people who would like to try new things. She provided a range of equipment which allowed us to be creative and go with our imaginations. Dionne really drew out my creative side and helped me achieved two mosaic plaques that I am really pleased with. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that I highly recommend you to try out and maybe discover a new love for mosaicing!"

"I have always wanted to learn to mosaic and when I wanted to do this special project, a one-to-one with Dionne was the right choice. A complete novice, with little creativity, I was apprehensive about how I would get on. Dionne made me feel very at ease. I had a few ideas and after chatting things through and with Dionne’s expertise, I soon had a plan. Dionne demonstrated different techniques and was extremely patient as I experimented. The day went very quickly and I am so pleased with my finished mosaic. I think I am hooked on this craft! I would recommend Dionne’s workshop to anybody."

"I had a thoroughly enjoyable day at a Dionne's. Her instructions are easy to follow and you get stuck in almost straight away, there is plenty of help and encouragement, and the time absolutely flies. I feel I have learned enough to embark on projects at home. Ample coffee, biscuits and cake, though you don't want to stop to enjoy them! If you're thinking about trying this, I say go for it, you'll have fun and learn something new at the same time."

"I did a mosaic making birthday party with my friends and really enjoyed it. I am not very artistic but still loved designing and making my mosaic. Dionne created a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere and provided lots of design ideas. I would definitely recommend trying this out!"

"I first came across Dionne work when i visited her website a couple of years ago and was blown away by her work. The explosion of colour, vibrancy and energy which transmits from every piece of her work is amazing. Her work should not only be hi-lighted for it's place in the Multi-Cultrual Arts but also for her wonderful contribution to the African Cultrual Arts. She produces the most spectacular pieces of Mosaic Art and the only expression i could use, when viewing her work, is "WOW". Even-though i had previously attended a few Mosaic courses before, i decided that it was time to attended one of Dionne's workshops, which i did this weekend and i must say that i extremely happy with my course. The environment was warm, friendly, relaxed and fun. I didn't have any idea what i wanted to make when i arrived but i was soon inspired by a piece of Dionne's work and that soon got me going! Dionne is a great teacher and although she encourages her students to think about the textures, shapes, colours and designs for themselves, she is always there to help when you need it. I learned to do some things differiently to the way i was previously taught and this opened up my mind and inspired me to approach my work in a better way. I left the workshop with lots of new ideas! I highly recommend Dionne's workshops to anyone who wants to give it a go or to build on their skills. A Fantastic Course.....A Fantastic Tutor!!"

"A great weekend which has left me feeling on top of the world. As a newcomer to mosaics, I booked two days and am so glad I did. It gave me time to learn how to cut the tiles, select a design and then create a whole A4 mosaic. Dionne's style gave me the space to choose what I wanted to do and let me get on quietly with it, with a good selection of colours and textures of tiles to give the results I wanted, but when I had questions she was there with ideas and guidance. I felt completely supported and encouraged and will be doing more!"
