"Outstanding One-on-One MIG Welding Course with Tony
I recently completed a one-on-one MIG welding craft course with Tony, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional learning experience from start to finish. Tony’s teaching style is clear, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, making even complex concepts easy to grasp for beginners and hobbyists alike.
The course began with a solid foundation in welding theory and safety, including a thorough walkthrough of how to properly set up a MIG welder. Tony explained the differences between shielding gases (such as CO₂, Argon, and mixed gases), and how each affects weld quality and penetration. We also touched on other welding processes like TIG and Stick welding, which helped put MIG welding into a broader context.
Once the basics were covered, we moved on to hands-on practice with various joint types. Tony guided me through welding lap joints, tee joints, and corner joints, offering real-time feedback and tips to improve technique, consistency, and control. Each session was tailored to my pace, and I appreciated how Tony emphasized both the technical and artistic aspects of welding.
By the end of the course, I felt confident in my ability to set up and operate a MIG welder, understand the role of different gases and materials, and execute clean, strong welds on common joint types. Whether you're looking to start a career in welding or simply want to build your skills for personal projects, I highly recommend this course and Tony as an instructor."

"David thank you for your feedback it is really appreciated. I am very happy you enjoyed the course . It was your first time welding and you did extremely well.
The improvement from the beginning of the lesson to the end was evidential in the welds that you produced. I hope you continue welding in the future and if I can help with any advice when you look to purchase your own equipment please feel free to contact me .
Regards Tony "
