"Caroline was a lovely woman who made us feel very comfortable as soon as we walked in. She showed us the basic skills very quickly which allowed us plenty of time to experiment with her assistance. Which I find a better way of learning. She wasn't short of materials and she allowed us to create anything we wanted. Thank you for a great day Caroline !"

"A warm welcome awaits and the course was all I hoped for. Caroline is generous and talented and ready to share her skills and expertise in Mosaic Art in the comfort of her home. "This was a most enjoyable day and a really nice mother/daughter activity to share. Caroline is a very welcoming host and generous with her time and materials. I don't see myself as very creative or artistic so was pleasantly surprised to take home such a lovely mosaic - easily good enough to give as a gift for Christmas. I have already bought a few bits and pieces ready to begin my next mosaic. Many thanks, Caroline, for passing on your skills and enthusiasm and starting me off on what I'm sure will be an exciting and rewarding hobby!"

"First time mosaicing after being inspired by Caroline's superb work on display at Heartlands Hospital. Her workshop was great fun, well organised and it was great to be able to have a finished piece to take home on the day - a 'honey badger at night'. Caroline's got infectious enthusiasm and great selection of tiles and bits and bobs to work with. Her written notes to take home too were really helpful! A great day and so pleased to have finally produced my own piece as a result, due to well-structured workshop, with nice company. :-)"

"I had a great day at one of Caroline's workshops with my daughter. We were inspired by the amazing mosaics in her kitchen - and it carried on into her lovely workshop. She has just the right manner - very knowledgeable and informative about how to do it - loads of demonstrations and ideas to help you and enthusiastic encouragement if you are flagging. Lots of beautiful materials to use and all the equipment you need to get stuck in . She really makes sure that at the end of the day you have produced something that you are proud of ! I really recommend her if you want an enjoyable and productive day."

"Our first experience of mosaic-making with Caroline was amazing. The atmosphere she creates changed how we both felt within minutes. Throughout the day, the energy she generated and the support she gave helped us all achieve something none of us would have expected or believed. In one day! All the materials we could have needed were on hand. The group 'buzz' was also great as we saw each other tackling the challenges, small and not-so-small, all of us delighting in the products at the end of the day. Since the workshop in July, we've started 'thinking' mosaics-seeing potential patterns and ideas, even looking at old pots and cups in a new way! Whatever anxieties we might have had to start with have been thoroughly blown away. A thoroughly enjoyable way to get into mosaic making and a "taster for later" too!"

"What an amazing day! Caroline is so welcoming, relaxed and encouraging you can't fail to feel at home. There are visual inspirations the whole house through, you can really feel that Caroline is immersed in mosaic, and her enthusiasm when she teaches is obvious. She tailored the course to meet each individuals needs from complete beginners to professionals. I have been making mosaics for years at a professional level and I still came away with some new knowledge. I loved working in a different medium to my norm and Caroline's thoroughly stocked workshop was overflowing with vibrant colours in ceramics and lots of sparkly glass bits for accents. I can't recommend this course enough, thank you Caroline!"

"I treated my daughter and I last year to one of Caroline's workshops, she is extremely patient and welcoming. Her studio is indeed a lovely, relaxing place to be. Caroline had all you could imagine in order to create a mosaic and was able to facilitate all the different needs and questions that the group had. We had a thoroughly enjoyable day, and came away with some fabulous mosaics which are given pride of place in my home. Would recommend to anyone, of any age and any ability. Great fun, great memories & learn a new skill, what more could you want!!"
