"Have just spent a wonderful morning at Lara's studio doing my first ever screenprint. The studio space is light and roomy, the coffee was freshly brewed, the cake and biscuits were plentiful and, most importantly, Lara is a friendly, patient, encouraging and inspirational tutor. "Lara immediately makes you feel welcome as you arrive, by offering tea and introducing you to the other people in the class. Then Lara tells you about what her work entails and how our morning is planned out. We instantly get down to drawing our designs and cutting them out and sorting our designs ready to print. I had never done screen printing before and I had the most enjoyable morning creating and printing onto a tea towel which I sent to my Step Mum in Canada. I can highly recommend this class and I intend to return."

"It was a lovely way to spend the morning and I’m so glad I did it! The tea/coffee and snacks is a nice bonus as well as having an amazing teacher to learn screen printing. It’s a lovely location and great facilities. I highly recommend it, I’d love to do it again :)"

"I have been to two of Lara’s workshops and enjoyed every minute, could have stayed all day! Lara is an excellent tutor, I am very much looking forward to attending another course soon. Screen printing is a magical process, the possibilities are endless. The studio is welcoming, bright and inspirational, a fantastic opportunity to take some timeout, meet like minded people and let your creative side flow. All materials are included, no need to bring anything, but your willingness to learn something new. I have so far created a design for a tote bag and a tea towel. Thank you Lara."

I am not a beginner, but had forgotten this and that, so Lara was very patient and encouraging. I created a couple of prints that I am very proud of and wear with joy.
