I’m Penny, a textile and mixed media artist living on the Cumbrian coast, where the fells meet the sea. My work is inspired by this unique landscape. I’m also an experienced tutor and have created a range of craft kits based on my popular in person workshops. Each kit includes high quality materials, step by step photo's and written instructions. Whether you’re new to art or simply looking for an inspiring project, there's something here for you.

"I wanted to try felting but had trouble finding something modern and contemporary. Then I discovered Penny’s kits. I chose the purple heather colours and made two lovely felted soaps. Wanting to make more in soft greens, Penny kindly allowed me to purchase the wool separately. All four now sit together on display in my cottage bathroom, and I absolutely love them."

"I’ve bought Penny’s kits before and they are always fantastic. You can really see the amount of work that has gone into creating each project, and the instructions are consistently clear and easy to follow. I bought this kit for my daughter and she absolutely loved it. There was plenty of wool included, and she managed to create two vibrant soap pebbles. One of them now sits proudly in my bathroom. I’ve since purchased more wool and we’re making more together as Christmas presents. A lovely kit"
