"Just attended this course and would definitely recommend it! We covered a number of different weaving patterns and I left with a Christmas gift for my sister. I was very pleased with what I made snd hope to take weaving further next year. Thank you!"
Kendall Clarke responded:
"Hi Lindsay, I'm so pleased you had a good day. Your weaving was great - your sister is very lucky! Glad you want to continue with weaving.
Best wishes,
Kendall"
"As a complete beginner to weaving, the scope of this course was perfect, as the complexity of setting up the loom had been completed by the tutor prior to the start of the course. That meant that the course could focus on use of the loom and completing simple and more complex patterns using a variety of colours. The course opened up the potential of weaving to me, leaving me to explore next steps. The studio is interesting as well as functional , with displays of Kendall's weaving in a variety of materials. "
Kendall Clarke responded:
"Thank you Pia. I'm glad you enjoyed your day. I hope you carry on weaving!
Best wishes,
Kendall"
"I have never attempted weaving before but thought I would like to try. There were two of us learning. Kendall was a very good teacher. Everything was clearly explained and the looms had been prepared in advanced for both of us so we could start weaving straightway. I would recommend this course for anyone interested in giving weaving a try. I really enjoyed the day."
Kendall Clarke responded:
"Thanks Fiona! Glad you enjoyed your first time weaving. Best wishes, Kendall"
"I really enjoyed this introductory course to loom weaving. Kendall is a great teacher and I quickly felt able to explore my creativity. The process is tactile and satisfying, and the hours flew by. I have a beautiful piece of fabric now that I wove myself and it sits proudly on a chest of drawers at home. I am hoping to do a follow-on course with Kendall where I can learn more about setting up the loom from scratch. For this introductory course, Kendall sets up the loom for you, so you really can’t go wrong! I would recommend this course to anyone interested in textiles and weaving. It was a therapeutic and enjoyable experience."
Kendall Clarke responded:
"Thank you for such a lovely review Steph. I’m really pleased you enjoyed the day. Hope to see you soon. "
