I’m Jacek Robotka, the blacksmith behind Jorgen Craft. My journey into blacksmithing started with curiosity and a love for working with my hands. What began as a small experiment with metal and fire quickly grew into a lifelong passion. There’s something deeply satisfying about taking a raw piece of steel and shaping it into something beautiful and lasting — it connects you to centuries of craftsmanship and tradition. Over the years, I’ve created everything from swords, spears, and knives to decorative pieces, always guided by a respect for traditional methods and a desire to keep this craft alive. Teaching came naturally once I saw how people light up when they strike their first spark or shape their first piece of metal. My workshops are about more than just learning technique — they’re about the experience of the forge, the rhythm of the hammer, and the joy of creating something with your own hands.

"Amazing, so amazing. Jorgen helped my 13 year old son make a blacksmiths knife, he took his time explaining everything helping him at every step. My son is so over the moon with his creation and Jorgen made it possible. This was worth every penny. Jorgen really knows his craft and is an excellent teacher. You have to book this course if you are interested. This guy needs to sell himself more because he really is good. No I'm not being paid for this."

"Amazing, thorough, full-filled. Jorgencraft actually provided me with a bespoke weekend 1on1 to make a personalised item of a cut throat razor and sheath. During this time I was taught metalwork, forging, leather work and used dozens of tools. The workshop has every tool known to man and the teacher is able to make and teach anything under the sun from clothing to weaponry. Utterly amazing and surpassed my expectations.... Thank you so much :)"

"I would highly recommend a day with Jacek!! My wife bought a day long experience here for my 40th birthday and I too much fun to put in writing. Having watched many YouTube videos and Forged in Fire, I was really excited to get stuck in and that’s exactly what I did! Jacek was a fantastic teacher and Monika was the perfect host for my day at the forge.. plus I made a knife that will not leave my side!! Thanks for all your knowledge ??"
