"I would highly recommend this workshop if you would like to try brush pen calligraphy. Jen is such a wonderful tutor and you can tell she is a master in her craft. She takes you through step by step the letters of the alphabet by showing you the thick and thin strokes using your brush pen. We practised these techniques throughout the workshop in a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Although I struggled a little with getting the technique right, not once did I feel I awkward as Jen gave you spent time and lots of encouragement by trying a different angle when using my brush pen. I would highly recommend Jen’s workshop as you will enjoy it like I did. "

"Lovely afternoon spent learning the basics of brushstroke calligraphy. It’s not as easy as it looks but Jen’s instruction and encouragement is informative and helpful. Lots of practice with practical tips and individual coaching and motivation. Great location and small group with plenty of takeaways to get you going. "This was a brilliant course that went by so quickly, but I learnt so much. A really enjoyable and peaceful afternoon. Jen was a brilliant teacher and gave everyone a lot of individual encouragement and helpful suggestions. "A friend and I had an excellent and enjoyable afternoon being taught brush calligraphy. We were given resources and practice sheets which allowed us to practice the different strokes and letters.
